You need to decide the date you will begin using QuickBooks Online. If your bank or QuickBooks doesn’t allow you to go back that far, you’ll have to transfer the older transactions using a QuickBooks Online or CSV file. You should try to pull transactions back to the date you wish to start using QuickBooks Online. The default start date to pull transactions is the beginning of the year.
